Thank you for the endorsement. FYI the blend was 40% Mission, 40% Verdale
and 20% Manzanillo. Fruit was picked when 80% of the tree was coloured from
green and crushed at 22 degreesC using an Oliomio 100. Did you like the
Bendigo Pottery Cruse? We have a new one for the coming season which will
hold 500ml. Anyone want to import it? With the Australian $ being in such
a parlous state we can be very competitive. I also have a Bendigo Pottery
jug that holds 50ml - perfect for hampers etc. Bendigo Pottery by the way,
is Australia's oldest working pottery. The romance of the blend of old and
new!
