<pre>It certainly is in Australia. The requirement is part of the labelling laws
over here and these are currently under review in this country. What is
hoped to be achieved is truth in labelling although there is some very wishy
washy amendments pertaining to what is Australian production and what can be
called Australian.

I understand that the Australian Olive Association (our peak body) is active
in this area and it may be that more stringent rules will apply in due
course.
