<pre>Dear Clinton
Many thanks indeed for your help. The oil will be premium grade, I am only
taking 10litres out of my pressing to 'have a go' at marketing. The rest has
been contracted to the company pressing the oil. The trees are only up to
three years old and this is my first pressing off of a small number of
trees which have started to bear fruit. I should get about 2 tonnes. The
label will have 'Waihopai Valley Olives' on it. As yet I haven't designed
it.My company is Waihopai Valley Olives Ltd and it is in the Waihopai Valley
near Blenheim in Marlborough. The grape growing area. I have around 3000
trees, so hope to develop my markets over time, and take more of the oil
myself.
Regards
Trish
(Au Revoir) I don't know Maori either.
