<pre>Regarding the wind and trees
1. Winbreaks of other species
2. Stakes - using composite resin, metal rather wooden stakes
3. Using up to 3 stakes
4. Allowing the trees to grow more bushy ie a 40cm trunk rather than a
90cm
5. Ties - figure of eights, wire with protective polypipe. Pantyhose was
the most effective with one grower contacting holeproof to buy all
rejects. Could not get a supply fast enough through the usual channels.
