<pre>I'm in the search for books on olive trees myself and have so far found
these resources. Since I haven't bought, I can't be sure of their value
to you in re: the pollination info. The most comprehensive seems to be:

"Olive Production Manual"
ISBN: 1879906155
--pub. price=U$32.00. It can be found on any of the major on-line book
sellers (Amazon.com has a review). Or, you may want to order directly
from UC Davis at:
http://commserv.ucdavis.edu/ucce/pro.../default.shtml

Other places to check:
http://www.oliveoilsource.com/
(has a list of books on olives & oil.)
http://www.acses.com
(this is a general book search site that can give you the best deal on
the internet worldwide. highly recommended when wanting to find the
lowest prices on books.)

You might also try a public library. Here in California, basic books on
olives are easily found in libraries, due to the climate I suppose. Not
sure if this will be the case in your part of the world.
Hope this helps. A good (local) nursery should be able to help you,
too, as Andrea advises.

the best source of information.
