applications of Virgin Olive Oil after sun exposure can also protect against

Another source claims that the unsaturated fatty acids in Virgin Olive Oil
create a protective blanket that screens out UV rays, while the remaining
unsaturated fatty acids which penetrate into the skin where they absorb UV
rays. Does anyone else know of other sources which make these claims?
