I know very little of the olive oil industry and would be most grateful for
any advice.

We have been offered some land which, in addition to other crops also
produces, so I am told, approximately 10,000 ltr of first press oil per
year. Could any one tell me where I might best get some idea of the market
value of this kind of quantity - where is the best place to look to re-sell
it etc.

Any advice would be gratefully received.
