software to support the process?

Dear Stan,

There will be 2 classes of Table Olives:
TO Class 1 - Green Table Olives with Stones; and
TO Class 2 - Black Table Olives with Stones (must not be artificially
darkened after harvest)

More categories may be added depending on the range of entries received.
the judging will be conducted in the Sensory Evaluation Lab of the Adelaide
University on September 18th 2000. The judging panel will consist of six
members selected from the AOA Organoleptic Tasting Panel and other tasters
familiar with the food industry. None of the panel will be exhibitors in
the class of olive they are judging.

Olives will be awarded gold bronze and silver medals for each category
depending on the final scores. The identity of the award winners will be
embargoed until the Olives SA presentation dinner on Friday 20th October
2000.
