The Specific Gravity of olive oil is 0.91. For example, one litre of olive
oil weighs 910 grams (lighter than water which has an SG of 1.0). As such,
one kilogram of olive oil would be about 1099 millilitres or 1.099 litres.
It may also vary according to temperature, I'm not sure.
