When and how much humidity? Having been a grape grower in the
Barossa for many years Umbria is certainly humid. Winter has plenty of
rain and fog while in summer with the large amount of forest in the
region always maintains high humidity at least by Oz standards. Only
July and August are really low rainfall against a good four months in
the Barossa. As an indicator vines a sprayed five times in spring and
summer - often more frequently.
