<pre>Lampante Olive Oil is virgin olive oil with a a free acid value of
greater than 3.3%. It also has a number of other defects. It is not
solvent extracted oil which is called olive pomace oil. All the oils
have specific quality paramaters that are used to define each grade.

Lampante Olive Oil is refined and then blended with virgin olive oils to
give 100% pure olive oil, light olive oil and now extra light olive oil.
