<pre>I have recently noticed some sparse white and brown spots on a few leaves of
a 2 or 3 trees in our grove. They appear to resemble Oleander Scale (Plate
17.10) of the UC Olive Production Manual.

Has anyone any experience of this in Australia or the Hunter Valley? The
spots seem quite innocuous, but are they? Will spraying with
white/petroleum oil help the situation?

I would appreciate any comments or suggestions. Thank you.
