First, a question. Are you interested in historical information or only who
the current processors of black ripe olives are in California?

If you need the names of the only two operating processors, they are: Musco
Olive Products, Tracy, California; and Bell Carter Olive Company, Corning,
California. We do have a few specialty processors who ferment green olives
into Sicilian style.
