<pre>We planted 6 - more as an experiment- 3 years ago and they are growing
well. At the same time we planted 6 Verdale and they seemed to bear a
remarkable similarity however I noticed this weekend, that with the great
spring/summer growth of this year they are developing into a completely
different shape. I believe they were progated by a well known New Plymouth
nursery and were sold in large no.s throughout the North Island 3 - 5 years
ago. I don't know what the pollinator is however with 6 varieties planted we
are hopeful that 1 will be the correct cv.
Good luck.

> Does anyone have any idea of the true name of the variety of olive sold in
NZ under the name El Greco? It certainly isn't Kalamata or Koroneiki. If
anyone is growing it successfully in NZ what polinator are you using ?
