The brain is one big fat bubble - yes!! and the Medical Profession are
questioning the fat-free diets ( which came into vogue in the 1960's) run a
parallel course along side Alzheimers Disease( which increased dramatically
from the 1960's onwards)
As for us, yes we will benefit from the increase of the good HDL's and
decrease of LDL cholesterol and the anti-oxidants with a diet including
extra virgin olive oil.
However, it is our children and their children and so on who will inherit
the benefits from a lifestyle of consuming extra virgin olive oil all their
life!
