hosted by Olives South Australia Inc

ADELAIDE FESTIVAL CENTRE 11-12 OCTOBER 2002

At present we are calling for "Papers" and "Sponsorship"

The conference will be convened in the cultural heart of the city at the
historic Adelaide Festival Centre with its eye-catching backdrop of the River
Torrens and Adelaide Oval. The venue is also in close proximity to many major
hotels and entertainment venues. If you would like to be a speaker at this
prestigious conference or have a trade display please visit the Australian Olive
Association's website on www.australianolives.com. Or alternatively you can
contact me directly at longridge@... and I can send you some information.

The conference will be preceded by oil tasting & blending workshops, pruning
demonstrations and irrigation management workshops. On Saturday night there is
the Olive Oil Awards Ball at the beautiful Adelaide Town Hall and on Sunday
there will be a field trip through the Adelaide/Barossa region with lunch at the
renowned Primo Estate Vineyards, home of "Joseph" Olive Oil.
