Our waiting is at last over.

Today Wednesday 20th March we pressed our first olives for the season. They
are Leccino and we are pressing them on our Oliomio 50 and currently the
yield using Kg Olives in against Kg Oil out is 17%

After 6 hours of cleaning the press, Urrbrae Agricultural High School is
