First pressings on Thursday. 200kg Segnori. Returned 10%. Picked v. early.
Only some color, most butter green, with 30% still hard green. But the scent
as the first olives hit the hammermill, Fantastic!
After the learning curve from last year v. pleased with the oliomio. No
oil in the waste (but stacks of water).
Interested to know what other olimio 100's in Australia are charging,
