Some might consider this info as "commercial in confidence" - A matter
between the processor and their contracted growers. It may be a part of
the contract that the grower will not divulge this info to other
parties. Possible that the "others" might use the info to undercut, by
cross-subsidising - perhaps, the opposition.

I have no problem, We charge (for a small 80kg/hr Enorossi) $AU40 for
the first 50kg (or less) of fruit and $AU0.50 per kg thereafter. The
grower is responsible for tranmsport of fruit to the press, and for the
oil away. (the charge is for the pressing alone).
