Subject: [OliveOil] light impact on oil

I heard somebody claim recently that a bottle of extra virgin olive oil
will deteriorate in as few as 8 weeks if the glass is clear and it is
exposed to direct flourescent light. WIll there be any detectable change in
the flavor under these conditions?
