joined forces to release for publication a generic HACCP Plan for
the various method used in the production of Table Olives..

The publication is due for release July/August 2005

It will cover the various methods used in Table Olive Production.
identify the potential food safety and quality hazards and suggest
corrective actions and monitoring that are required in the
production of safe & quality table olives.

At this stage we are seeking expressions of interest in the
publications of each of the various methods, so that we may
anticipate the numbers to go to publication, it will be released
onto CD.
