Cultivar question

<pre>My 250 Sevillano [planted 1998] have finally fruited. Supplied by Olives
Australia, I find that 50% of trees are some other variety, small, later
ripening fruit just to make things worse! I presume other people have had this
experience and if so, what did you do? The leaf is somewhat similar to the
Sevillano and not like any other varieties I have planted .
