<pre>I'm fairly new to this group so I apologise in advance if this topic has
been discussed in great detail before. I am converting to organic farming
methods. What effect will this have on my oil yield? I believe it means that
I will have to pick at the earliest opportunity to avoid the olive fly, at a
time before the oil content is at its highest - is this correct? What kind
of oil return per kilo fruit (for the leccino cultivar) am I likely to get?
What other such considerations need to be made for organic farming? Thank
you for your help in advance, and I again apologies if this specific topic
has been discussed ad nauseam!
