Cultivar question

<pre>Brian,
your answer to Jason's message reveals a good expertise concerning olive
trees of central Italy.
I have a little oliveto since a few months. It is located on the hills
(450m./s.l.) midway between Todi and Perugia and I would like to extend the
grove planting more olive trees till an overall extent of four hectares. The
olives should be for the table and for E.V. olive oil.
May I have a suggestion about the mixture of varieties, the row spacing, the
pruning , the farming method, the harvesting and any other consideration
that may be usefull?
