I used to be part of the "ancient" olive oil group - since the new format, I am a bit lost....
I am Christa Huber from Uruguay - my friends and I planted about 4000 trees a couple of years ago, mainly barnea, arbequina , picual, manzanilla and frantoio. Plants are growing fine so far - let me tell you, there is practically no experience in our country with olive oil, we are mostly recent planters and cannot rely much on uruguayan experience. thus, the forum has been of great help to me, I hope I get the knack soon with this one.
