Presses and Mills

Surely the ancient Romans and Greeks didn't use these products? Yet somehow without electricity or fossil fuels, they produced olive oil in large quantities.

I can't really justify these expensive products for production from just a few trees.

Does anyone here have any knowledge of how the Ancient Greeks processed olive oil on a small scale?
