My cultivars

My orchard sits on a terraced, south-facing hillside at about 600m above sea level. the cultivars are small, mountain varieties that are particularly suited to this region. the trees are small and basket formed and hand picked in December. Currently only 150 trees are yielding and another 600 are developing as I am restoring this orchard from 40 years of neglect...reclaiming it from the jungle of weeds. the oil produced is very good, milky, pale green with balanced acidity and a grassy nature.
