Olive Care - Approved Supplier Program

<pre>Olive Care - Approved Supplier Program will be launch at Olive Business 2001 May 19 Melbourne Olive Care Training is a QA tool for all growers and harvesters of olives who will be supplying olives to oil processors, aiding them in becoming approved suppliers to oil processors. The program is a one day training course. <pre>Terry Olive Care - Approved Supplier Training Program is a one day course The actual Course Cost is $290.00 + GST for the first person in the business and $45 + GST for the 2nd person in the business and a certificate will be issued on completion of the course. You may be eligible for FarmBis funding if you qualify as a Primary Producer and percentage of funding will vary from State to State To organise a course close to you contact either Damian Conlan Dept of Ag in NSW or if you belong to an Olive Association they should be able to organise it with me Minimum of 15 people required to run a course I suggest that if you are intending to harvest in 2002 you may do the course this year or if you intend harvesting 2003 do the course in 2002 etc Courses will be arranged in all states as required for growers and harvesters of olives for olive oil processors If I can help with contacts for you to talk to ring 132523 - Queensland Deptartment of Primary Industries Call Centre and ask for me (cost of a Local Call) .
