I am looking to purchase some IOOC publications listed on their web site at
www.internationaloliveoil.org but am unable to contact them (or rather get
an answer from them). Can any one assist with a location in Australia where
I can purchase publications.

Specifically I am looking for "TABLE OLIVES PROCESSING, 1990" and any other
publications which will give direction for future small commercial
processing of table olives with either Brine or Lye.

Philippa Goodrick, 12 Church St, Ashfield, Sydney NSW 2131 Ph 02-9716 6813
Fax 02-9716 8368. I presume Philippa is still the contact. If that does not
help I could get you a photo copy as a last resort.
