R: Olive oil education
<table border=0 cellpadding=2 cellspacing="0"><tr><td>
<pre>Dear All, There are similar problems all around the world. Somentimes also in Italy which is the country of high quality olive oil. This is because some vendors buy the Bad oil from Greek or Spain (but there are bad oil in italy too). The small producer like me (1000 to 3000 Kg/year) was started to inform the consumer abuot premium olive oil and to teach them in how choosing a quality olive oil. What I offer with my site (http://www.aziendabettini.com) is also the added value of my knowledge about the oil. I'm engaged to diffuse this knowledge to the consumers. As Jim dixon reports in your message: "I tell people to try a lot of different oils until they find one they like, and at the same time they'll realize how different extra virgin oils can be. It may be a slow process, but I think that's the best way to educate consumers". Is a primary key to change the consumer behaviour. Sincerely Marco Bettini Organic Farm Domenico Bettini via Rignano 8 I-06036 Montefalco (Perugia) Italy phone: +39-340-4139294 e-mail: info@... web: http://www.aziendabettini.com </pre> </td></tr></table> |
