I am interested in starting a retail olive/olive-oil business. I have lived in Australia for a little over three years and will be here another year or two. I have become passionate about olive-oil while living here. When I return to the US I'd like to be in a position to open a shop. I would appreciate any advice regarding what I can be doing to work toward that goal. I really know very little about the industry, but I know it's growing and I know I want to be part of it. The shop I'm thinking about would include oils from around the world. Thank you for any advice...
