Clarification

As you know, this list is open to all and not restricted to farmers.
Someone asked whether commercial postings are allowed here? I would
like to clarify within the scope of our list guidelines:

3. Posting Restrictions: This section explains what is
acceptable and what's not when posting.

3.1. Spam is not allowed in this list.

3.2. Flames are not allowed in this list.

3.3. Commercial posts are allowed.

3.4. Advertisements related to Olives, Olive Oil, machinery, and
production equipment are allowed in this list. Advertisement is also
permitted in the following format:

3.4.1. Commercial information placed in a SIG.

3.4.2. Internet site information, including links, placed in a SIG.

3.4.3. Commercial information provided in response to a request for
information. The information provided must be limited to the specific
request.

3.4.4. Directions (link) to another Internet site provided in
response to a request for information. A summary of the information
to be found at the other site should be provided as a courtesy.

3.4.5. Directions (link) to another Internet site if the site has
specific information that would be suitable for posting in this list.
A brief summary of the specific information must be provided along
with the directions.

3.5. Ads about the same subject should not be repeated more than once
a month

3.6. Binary files (pictures or programs) are allowed in the file
section of this list, but limited to 150 KB in total only.
