OSA Oil & Table Olive Awards

<pre>Dear Group, Olives South Australia are holding their 5th Annual Extra Virgin Olive Oil Awards and 2nd Annual Table Olive Awards Competition for 2001. Classes for EVOO are: Class 1: Small Bottled Volume (less than 100 litres) Class 2: Commercial Volume Bottled (between 100 litres and 500 litres) Class 3: Commercial Volume Bottled (greater than 500 litres) Class 4: Bulk Oil (minimum 100 litres) Class 5: New Exhibitor Classes for Table Olives are: Class 1: Green Table Olives with stones Class 2: Black Table Olives with stones (must not be artificially darkened after harvest) Class 3: Salt or Oven Dried Table Olives Class 4: Flavoured or Spiced Table Olives Closing date for entries is: FRIDAY 24TH AUGUST 2001. Judging will be held on 1ST SEPTEMBER (to be confirmed) Results will be announced at the Award Presentation Luncheon on Sunday 9th October 2001.
