processor washing faclity
<table border=0 cellpadding=2 cellspacing="0"><tr><td>
<pre>Dear group would anyone like to express their view to which is the most efficient washer in any particular commercial operation? I worked a new Alpha laval (2T/hr) last year. The washing section on this I considered very good. However, we are looking at increasing throughput and A. L have quoted a "superwasher" as needed to cope with our tonneage. On paper this model doesn't appear to come up as well as its junior. Any comment? Phil Ward wardfamly@cnl.com.au [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] </pre> </td></tr></table> |

<pre>Phil The Sadoun family in Jordan have been using continuous processing olive oil extraction machinery since 1972. We have tried and experimented with olive washing machines since then. In 1985 we started manufacturing our own machines to our own specifications. We have sold over a 100+ washers throughout the Middle East. Since then we have kept modifying and improving the washing machine to reach its optimum operation throughput while still achieving the following objectives: 1- A throughput of 1.5 tons/hour 2- 100% elimination of stones, rocks, or metal objects. 3- Almost 100% elimination of olive leaves and small branches. Olive leaves produce a bitter taste if pressed with olive. 4- Reduction in water consumption due to more efficient water circulation, and optimum tank size. 5- Reduction in machine downtime and maintenance, due to stronger conveyor belt, dynamically balanced leaves suction fan, stronger suction fan motor, better water pump. 6- Lower price than any European model, due to lower labor rates and overhead. If any of the readers interested in a price quote or more information, please contact me at sales@sadoun.com Best regards Jamal Sadoun --- In OliveOil@y..., "PhillipWard" <wardfamly@c...> wrote: > Dear group > would anyone like to express their view to which is the most efficient washer in any particular commercial operation? > I worked a new Alpha laval (2T/hr) last year.
