What are we

Hi All,

This may seem like a dumb question but if I don't ask I wont find out

A person that makes wine is a "winemaker", "vintner", "cellar master" etc.
etc.

A person that grinds wheat into flour is a miller.

What do you call a person that makes olive oil?

Inputs from around the world would be most welcome

Regards

Re: What are we

After pondering this question at some length "PSYCHOLOGICAL INBALANCED'
may best fit the bill. especially if they have some misguided notion
that they will make their fortune.

Re: What are we

It's trademarked (worldwide I think) by a French company.

Re: Olivier
Anyone with a good command of French? I think this is a noun in common usage.
If so, can't be trademarked. There is "Oliviers & Co." in NY City, a boutique
at Grand Central Station. They sell 2.5 dl EVOOs at US$17-25 a bottle; their
label that identifies the exporter & origin.

I think "olivier" is perfect.
