I will be conducting a table olive workshop on table olive tasting as part of
the Australian Olive Association preconference activities in October 2002
(Adelaide) - this will include tasting and evaluating common olive styles - with
respect to international standards and organoleptic assessment, how each
processing method transforms the olive and how to evaluate faulty products. The
workshop is filling up - although this is not an official advertisement from the
