Grape Seed Oil

Two of the broad groups of antioxidants in edible oils are polyphenols and
tocopherols. Virifin Olive oil has both. Seed oils have both if cold pressed,
however most seed oils are solvent extracted, a process which excludes the
polyphenols. Also solvent extracted seed oils have added tocopherols as
preservatives.
