I've just read the long email posted to this group answering a lot of
questions I had been wondering.
Maybe 1 more question. If the levy goes to R&D does that mean that
all the levy payers will be the owners of the R&D rsults? In
particular, will the results be freely available to them? Who would
own copyright to such research?
If the answer is all levy payers then sounds ok.
