For all that may be interested in a trip to Sicily for the 2005
Olive harvest and processing, I will again be planning a trip to the
beautiful Island of Sicily from the last week of October to early
November 2005.I will be particulary interested in following up with
the cooperatives already established in Sicily. I believe there are
over 2000 processors on the island producing some magnificant oils.

Numbers will be limited

Cost is yet to be determined and I am currently seeking funding to
reduce the over all outlay but I will keep those interested informed
of the out come of the subsidy.
