more questions ;-)
<table border=0 cellpadding=2 cellspacing="0"><tr><td>
<pre>Someone told me last night that its perfectly OK to put olive oil in the refrigerator to 'make it last longer'. I've always thought that solidifying the oil like that would have a adverse effect on the flavor. What's the scoop with this? Is it ok to refrigerate oil? My current preferred method is to keep it in a cool, dark place, and use it before a year goes by. (which is no problem in my house!) Thanks. </pre> </td></tr></table> |
