I am small producer of olive oil and table olives in Red Hill Australia. I have 500 hundred trees consisting of 5 different varieties. We run a food business which has a number of different food and kitchen lines. We also operate in the retail space.

I am in the process of building boutique accommodation and conference/tasting center at my farm would love to hear from anyone who has done similar projects around the world.
