Dear Mr. Dominguez,


It has already started affecting, with a 20 % increase of the
price at the moment. There is something starting in Jaen, called 'mercado de
futuros' (~stock exchange) which may also affect. The EU has obligued to
open a market for ages in the hands of a dozen Andalucian families. What may
the effect be? Few people can give a real answer, because as Western
Andalucia is said to have sold production to Italy for the next
decades(725.000 MT this year) and the market is strange, there is political
pressure to skip EU norms, and everybody seems to be taking a position.

Well, I know this is not an answer, but at least a collaborating
attempt. We Andalucians are also confused about the point.
