newbie for old grove

<table border=0 cellpadding=2 cellspacing="0"><tr><td>
<pre>I have about 3,000 square meters of olive trees, planted in terraces
on a hillside on a Greek island. For many years, a cousin has been
harvesting the olives for oil and taking minimal care of the
orchard. I live in Vancouver, Canada, but will now, finally, have
time to spend in Greece and would like to care for the trees and
harvest myself. While I've operated a small organic farm in Nova
Scotia years ago, my knowledge of olives is close to nil. I will
have advice available from the old folks on the island, but would
like to get into this with some basis of knowledge, and perhaps even
some modern methods I can bring.

Any suggestions of where I can obtain information? Books, websites,
etc?
