In order to be certified as organic you should be cooperating with any one
of the
certifying organizations. Usually , these organizations are independent
companies
that inspect your farms on regular basis to check if you obey the rules of
organic farming .
When you have a certificate , it is a certificate given by an
internationally accredited
certifying institution. You are free to choose which ever company you want
as long as they are
internationally accredited.

On this spot there are two critical points :
1. Which certifying company to cooperate .. This is important because in
some countries
all certifying institutions are not equally accepted . Therefore please
check which certifying
company has higher credibility in your target market..
2. Check your governments regulations on the matter . If the certifying
company has a
representaive / agent in Syria and does government have other arrangements..

Certifying company Ecocert was quite popular in Turkey .(I think their base
is switzerland.)
You can find out more certifying companies through internet .
