Re: harvest season
Here in Liguria our harvest season is November-March, but in 1999 we have
so many olives that somebody harvest until June, making the mythical "biancardo" oil, the one made with olives harvested while the tree is flowering. >To be on the safe side and to ensure EVO harvest into airy >crates and crush within 4 days.
