Processors in NSW

We are looking for someone to process our oil olives this year. This will be our first "serious" harvest and I estimate probably around 1/2 to a ton of fruit. We are located at Braidwood in the Southern Tablelands and our varieties are Frantoio and Corregiola. I expect the fruit to be ready some time in May. Although we are prepared to travel, somewhere in the Southern Tableands, Highlands or Canberra region would be ideal. I am also unsure as to processing prices. Any advice or assistance greatly appreciated.
Regards
Paul

Paul,
If you go to the AOA website, they have a listing of processors there. If you are a member, the listing has been in a recent (cannot recall the exact issue) Olive Press. Or, you could ask at your local Grower's Association.
Cheers

Paul,
Care to share a name, machine type etc?? Also your feeling of the way they approach their clients? I know I will fit in whatever clients I can to suit them (with the single exception of dates I cannot process - such as days IO teach at TAFE and my RDO )

Yes John, I'm sure he wouldn't mind. I am getting them processed by Glenlee Olives. A friend had his olives done there last year with excellent results. I believe they have a Peiralisi.
