Some might consider this info as "commercial in confidence" - A matter
between the processor and their contracted growers. It may be a part of
the contract that the grower will not divulge this info to other
parties. Possible that the "others" might use the info to undercut, by
cross-subsidising - perhaps, the opposition.

I have no problem, We charge (for a small 80kg/hr Enorossi) $AU40 for
the first 50kg (or less) of fruit and $AU0.50 per kg thereafter. The
grower is responsible for tranmsport of fruit to the press, and for the
oil away. (the charge is for the pressing alone).

other people, it means I'm not pressing for myself and there must be a lost
opportunity cost to that.

To help me with comparing local (South African) rates to yours can you tell
me the average price you pay the grower for a Kg of oil olives
