Antioxidants in olive oil
Good evening,
I have been trying to put some numbers to the antioxidant value of olive oil. I found a web site, Natural Antioxidant Food Sources and Their Antioxidant Activity which listed the values for a number of foods in micromolTE/g but olives and olive oil were not listed. Can anyone give me some authoritative figures, in the same units, for olives and olive oil? Yours, Dan
