I have uploaded some pictures of the oil that flows BEFORE the
extraction process begins from our Sinolea machine( I hope the
resolution is ok, if not I will up some higher res shots).

This oil never comes into contact with water so contains ALL
polyphenols and flavenoids.

Some of the end result is polished using an Alfa Laval
seperator,while some is decanted and sold at a premium.
