I am looking for a small olive oil mill for making oil on the spot
and that way gaining independence from the olive oil factories.

Also i could be interested in building a very primitive olive oil
mill...as primitive as you can build.

We are in EXTREMADURA spain

Let me know if you find a small mill or press that you can buy to press small
amounts of oil. I only have 15 trees and don't have enough for a private
pressing at the local mill.

Hello Scott,

I have received offers from chinese producers of small oil mill
machines..but since in china they do not know the olives trees..these
machines are intended for other fruits...they do not garantee me that
it is going to work for olives.

I will keep in touch with you through this group if i found or i buil
a primitive oil mill (i was in an old museeum in israel and see and
very primitive oil mill with pools in excavated in the floor...very
easy to do...i am sorry i did not take photos at this moment).
